These terms apply to HeyBlayz, provided by Ariel Guidi (“we”). By using HeyBlayz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms concern HeyBlayz, not LogIt. Contact us at arieleddie1@gmail.com with questions.
What HeyBlayz provides
HeyBlayz helps you log workouts, meals and measurements using voice, text and images, review records, follow progress and interact with an AI assistant called Blayz. Other features include goals, catalogs, remembered preferences, reminders and optional Google Drive synchronization. The app is currently in development, with iPhone testing first; Android availability is not promised by these terms.
AI and cloud features need an internet connection and available third-party services. Features, quotas and preview availability can change. We do not promise uninterrupted service, completion dates or permanent availability of a particular AI model or integration.
Your use of the app
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Use your own account, protect your device and account access, and provide only content you are entitled to use. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without appropriate permission.
You must not use HeyBlayz unlawfully, abuse or disrupt its infrastructure, obtain unauthorized access to another person’s data, distribute malicious content, or bypass security and rate limits. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law gives you, including lawful security research or interoperability rights.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or service integrity. This does not give us a right to access your private Google Drive files unrelated to HeyBlayz.
AI and health limitations
Blayz can make mistakes, omit context or produce unsuitable suggestions. Calories, nutrition values, exercise interpretations and progress estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate. Review proposed records and actions before accepting them and correct errors you identify. Some requested actions, such as saving a memory or creating a reminder, can take effect directly; review the app’s confirmations and saved state.
HeyBlayz is a logging and general-information tool, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment service or substitute for a qualified health professional. Do not use it for emergencies or rely on it to make medical decisions. Exercise and nutrition needs vary; seek appropriate professional guidance and stop an activity if it causes concerning symptoms. Reminders are conveniences, not guaranteed or safety-critical alerts.
Google accounts and synchronization
Google sign-in authorizes HeyBlayz to use its hidden app-data storage in your own Drive. Accounts remain separate; connecting another account does not transfer records between accounts. You choose whether to copy existing local data into the first connected account.
Sync merges changes and deletions and can encounter conflicts, interruptions, account-permission failures or service limits. Check the status shown in Settings. A preview sync feature is not a guarantee against data loss or a substitute for keeping suitable independent copies of important information. Do not assume that an edit has reached another device until synchronization succeeds.
Signing out stops the account’s sync but does not erase existing Drive data or its local database. Earlier values may remain in change history even after a record is deleted. The privacy policy explains these limitations and how to stop access or seek deletion assistance.
Your content and privacy
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You permit the processing, storage and transmission needed to perform the app functions you choose, including AI requests and authorized synchronization, as described in the privacy policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize its sale or use for advertising.
Google, Apple, GitHub and sites you visit through external links provide services governed by their own applicable terms and policies. HeyBlayz is independent and is not endorsed by those providers. A link or AI-generated source citation is not a guarantee of the third party’s accuracy or suitability.
Charges
These terms do not enroll you in a subscription or authorize an automatic charge. Any future paid offering must present its price and applicable purchase terms before you agree to buy it. Your own connectivity, device and Google storage costs remain subject to your agreements with those providers. LogIt’s subscriptions and trial terms do not apply to HeyBlayz merely because the apps share a developer.
Availability and responsibility
The preview may contain defects, and AI responses or sync results may be incomplete or delayed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no additional promise that the app will be error-free or fit every particular purpose. Use reasonable judgment when acting on information from the app and keep appropriate copies of important data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law protects those rights. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
Stopping use and changes to these terms
You can stop using HeyBlayz, sign out and revoke Google access at any time. Removing the app or access does not automatically erase all cloud copies, change history, backups or provider logs; follow the privacy policy’s deletion guidance or contact us for help.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where required, and any consent required by law will be requested. A published update does not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.
